Rev. Ballard served the US Air Force as a chaplain for 13 years he achieved the rank of Major and was last assigned to the 96 Test Wing Eglin AFB Fl. He graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary Ft. Wayne, IN He served a dual vicarage at Trinity Lutheran in Mobile AL and Bethel Lutheran in Point Clear AL. Rev Ballard is celebrating his 20th year in the ministry. He is Married to Crystal Ballard and they have five children. Two are remaining in the home. Hannah-Grace who is a student at Rocky Bayou Christian School and Joshua who is attending Pensacola State College.
